Much has been written about the...

Much has been written about the Hugger, a lot of it by myself. There is still much to say about this fine neighborhood establishment. Smokey, crappy furniture, no privacy, limited alcohol selection, dark; all have been covered ad infinitum. So I won't rehash.

What I will speak about, is a dance that I haven't had the pleasure of her company, until my last visit. I have been visiting the Hugger only to see one specific dancer, who is amazing, BTW. On my last few trips, however, either she isn't there or is "distant"...not the dancer I have known for several years. Maybe things will change but if not, time to audition some new talent.

Made some small talk with a girl who has been working at the Hugger for probably 6 months or so...always looked cute and energetic, but I hadn't had the opportunity for a get acquainted session. Today with the ATF absent and C******** available, perfect storm. While it was my first dance with her, I had expected her to be, how shall we say, not as friendly as I was used to. I was correct. However, give the enthusiasm of her dance, we are going to have to see if become more of a regular with her, changes her openness.... Time will tell, but I believe that further investigation is warranted! Happy hunting!
