I am driving towards Winter Park...

I am driving towards Winter Park to visit some friends then I see this sign for cheap drinks. I guess my evening is getting better, I just paid $2.45 per gallon of fuel and this sign tells me “drinks are 25 cents”. Can’t pass it on so I stop and go in.

Yes indeed, it is my lucky Wednesday evening: “No cover until 7 PM” the beautiful blonde by the entrance desk tells me. She confirms well drinks are 25 cents until 9 PM. Wow!, this place is busy, lots of dancers and patrons. I am still in disbelief, could this be possible? No empty seats at the bars, so I sit by a table.

Waitresses are good looking and very busy, I manage to talk to one waitress that is getting drinks from the bar. I ask her for a “Gin& Tonic” and hand her one dollar.
