Saturday night my wife and I were staying in Des Moines, so we headed over to the Lumberyard. Almost as soon as we were in we were greeted by Montana, a beautiful girl that we’d spent some time with on our last visit. She seemed genuinely happy to see us, and asked specific questions about things we’d said on our last visit. I’m always impressed when someone I meet has the “people skills” to remember, after several weeks have passed.

I’m guessing it was about 10:00 when we arrived. Two stages were open, and we found seats at stage 2. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Often clubs are too loud for our taste, but that night it was great. And we could understand every word the DJ said. The DJ there that night, was one of the top 3 we’d heard at a club.

As always at the Lumberyard, there were lots of beautiful girls. I think at one point the DJ said 38 girls. As we enjoyed the show, Celly and Celeste, who we’ve had private dances with on previous visits, stopped to say hello. Again, to have them remember us, months after our last dance with them, is really nice.
