They have tinted windows separating the private dance areas from the general area and the male staff will walk through the private dance area to "tally" up which girl is giving a private dance or something. There is a white DJ with a beard that seems like a nice guy but he isn't that good... he keeps cutting off the music every 36 seconds to make some sort of stupid remark. The African american DJ that looks like the warehouse manager from the office tv show is really good though. Some of the girls smell like alcohol or marijuana, etc... which is kind of a turn off.
