I am by no means a connoiseur of strip clubs, but I've been to a few for bachelor parties. I was also in one when my car broke down in no-where Ohio. With those past experiences as a measuring stick I can say The Penthouse club in Denver was a very nice club. It was the end of a particularly bad week and I felt like a place where I could go, light up a cigar, drink and stare at some lovely naked ladies. This club was a good place to do that. Parking was easy and they had a good re-entry policy of not charging for leaving. I got there after work, about 6, and so the place wasn't packed and the music wasn't crushingly loud, but it was by no means empty. There is a bar near the entrance, and then a mini stage that overlooks the rest of the floor. It was a pleasant place to sit and relax, with a good view of the various dancers.

My presence at the mini-stage drew attention and dancers, and then it was a very nice seat. The girls were fit, attractive, and friendly without being pushy. I ended up getting two private dances for about $30 each.

So yeah, comfortable atmosphere, attractive girls, and no sense of the skeevieness you might find in other places. Like Ohio.
