I was pleasantly surprised with the Lumberyard, especially for a Monday night. It is located in an industrial area, but is easy to get to off of the highway. The building is pretty nice, sort of a rustic lodge feel inside. I got there at 9:30, during Monday night football, and they had the game on a giant screen that was behind the stage, but set back far enough that it didn't distract if you wanted to watch the dancers and the dancers didn't distract if you wanted to watch football.

There were only about 25 people at any given time, including a few couples and one group of three girls. It seemed like there were eight girls dancing that Monday night. Most were pretty good looking, probably 7s or 8s. I was surprised at the low energy feel, but maybe shouldn't have been since it was a Monday. I have never been to a club that was son unconcerned about an empty stage during the night shift. There were times that a whole song played with no dancer on stage.

Despite this, I thought it was a good night out. The building is pretty cool, with a downstairs area you can look down on behind the stage. That's where the private dances happen. They range from $40 - $600, I believe, depending on topless or nude and length of time. Cover was $10, which seemed reasonable, and most of the dancers seemed to have a pretty good personality.
