Stopped in here last week on...

Stopped in here last week on my annual trek to the Akron/Canton area. If you are staying in a Hotel, there is no cover charge, all you have to do is tell the door girl. I did not know this, but she asked me and I said I was staying in Massillon. So in I went, no cover. I had not been here for a few years, but it hasn't changed. Very nice decor, upscale, drinks not too bad at $4/beer. The only thing I don't like is the location of the bar. Tucked in the rear corner under the steps that the dancers descend from, very difficult to see the stage. Guess they don't want you to sit back here. VERY hot looking bartender, after overhearing some of her chatter with others, turns out she has just opened a bakery in Massillon. We struck up a conversation and she told me all about it. Since I was staying in Massillon, I promised to visit the next morning for some pastry, which she bakes fresh every day. I know this sounds like a commercial, but just trying to get across how a simple conversation can lead somewhere. I did visit the next day, got some great tasting cookies....and she looked just as good in a bakery apron as her barmaid outfit...but back to why we are here. I don't really know how many dancers were on shift, I saw at least 5 so I picked that number. I was not approached by ANY for a dance, quite disappointing, since the quality of dancer here appears somewhat higher, at least from an appearance standpoint. Actually the door girl was more friendly than the dancers.
