Club has potential but needs more...

Club has potential but needs more management for the girls. Thses are experienced owners but surprised they let the girls do their own thing. Recommendation - you have some attractive girls but they fall prey to poor habits. They do not spend enough time circulating the club. Sit back and watch them. They (especially the newer ones) hang with people they like (understandable for nite out - but not at work) and kill too much time. I've been there quite alot the past couple of months and they have a very comfortable place, but the girls are not hungry enough to make money. I've watched the girls hang with tables of young guys - they guys don't get dances or even pay for their drinks. Maybe this is a new concept - the girls are paid a healthy salary and are tod to keep the clients happy - but I kind of doubt that. If management got the girls to act like they want to amke some money and work the crowd - the girls would be happier, people would stay longer and drink more and the repeat business would increase.
