Have been to the HiLiter several times in he past few months. This club is very consistent, has a lot of regular customers and regular girls. The lap dances are ok, what you would expect in Phoenix with the dance rules that got more restrictive last year. This is not a fancy club, but has a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. I go there now mainly to visit a friend who works there. Most other guys go there for a pretty big variety of girls.
