I was in chinatown and wanted...
I was in chinatown and wanted to grab a beer and get a few dances. there are two clubs in the area right next door to each other. The inside of the club is like a set from a low budget movie. I don't think there was a cover, or it wasn't much if there was, but the drinks were expensive, even for 'gentlemen's clubs'. This is not a gentlemen's club. The room is small and dark, with raised booths across from a bar. Behind (yes behind) the bar is the stage. i got a beer and started watching...TV. The ladies weren't my type. i prefer spinners. Everyone one here was very curvy. Not bad, just not my thing. If you finish your beer they get on you quick to get another one so i did. If a girl sits down to talk, they get on you even quicker to buy her a drink (something like $20??) or get a dance. I didn't do either do the girls leaves, which was fine.
Everyone was nice enough, but i'm not sure I want to be in there solo late night, as occasional thugs came in and out that seemed eager to prove themselves. there was no trouble, but at 1:30am on a weekend, when everyone is drunk, and my judgement is poor, I don't need that stuff.
it isn't as bad as this makes it sound. I may go back, just for an afternoon matinee to see the ladies there. plenty of TV's so it could be a good hideout to watch some afternoon hockey with some dancers in the background. to properly judge the place i should get a dance too, but i didn't get one that was my type. I couldn't tell how many ladies were there, as they seemed to go somewhere else if they weren't on stage or getting drinks/dances with a customer.
