I walked in about 6 pm...

I walked in about 6 pm on a Saturday and paid $6 cover. The drink special was "bartenders choice". Like a dumbass I tried it. It tasted like cough syrup! Turned out it was Uncle Bob's root beer-flavored whiskey mixed with.... wait for it... ROOT BEER! YUK! A dancer was talking to a customer at the bar when I walked in. I hadn't even been on the bar stool a second before she was right beside me. I guess that customer wasn't spending $$. She was pretty pushy, trying to get me to go for a private dance. There was no dancer on stage. I asked my new companion why and she said there were only two dancers in the place. She wasn't my type so I drank most of my cough syrup and decided to go. On the way out I asked the door man if I could get a refund since there were only two girls and no stage dancing. He said he'd have to ask his manager so I said "forget it" and left.
