Always wanted to visit this place...

Always wanted to visit this place just to see it as this has to be one of the best strip club names ever. Never got to visit it before it closed but heard it re-opened on Halloween weekend. Rumors appear to be true. I went by looking for something new to try in Detroit Saturday afternoon. Place is in the middle of a bunch of industrial area type plants. Can't say if the area is safe or not, it is industrial and not much to walk to/from, lot of plants and a lot of fenced areas all around, it is Detroit. Building and lot are nothing special, that is for sure. Did some research and could find current hours, so I based my trip on the prior club hours that were posted on many sites. Don't go by previous hours, a mistake I learned. I arrived at 3pm on Saturday figuring I would be OK. Club was not open, meaning it was just not open yet that day, not that it appeared to still be closed from years ago, one car in lot. Sign on club read "NOW OPEN - HAPPY HOUR 4-7" and mentioned something about a buffet. I did not see actual posted hours, maybe I just missed them. So while I was really looking forward to going to this place just for the sake of saying I have been here, I cannot add any value to this review other than to say Chix on Dix appears to be back. Looking forward to reading reviews and visiting during business hours while in Detroit. Will file an updated report later after I get my first real experience inside. Looking forward to other TUSCL members reviews and comparison to the old club.
