I was out in Chicago from the UK with some friends and the plan was to all hit up a strip club. I arrived a few days before them so agreed to check out a few clubs to see which one we should visit. A tough job, but someone had to do it :) After checking out a couple of clubs I picked Atlantis, so this review covers both visits there.

I had previously been concerned about getting to Atlantis as the neighborhood didn't sound great on the net - understatement. I contacted the club and they assured me that it was OK. They were right. Driving there on the Lincoln Highway was fine on both of my visits and the venue itself was well lit outside. From the outside the club looks very high class and that's the same inside. High ceilings, lots of seating, great lighting & sound. There are three dance stages in the main area and another in the VIP section.

My first visit was early on a Tuesday. I got there before 7 so there was no cover or valet. There wasn't anyone on stage at that time but some hot dancers were hanging out at the bar so I grabbed a beer which was on special ($2 I think) and chatted to a few of them. Hot & friendly, and that includes that barmaid.
