It was a long time since...

It was a long time since I had last had an opportunity to visit Medusa. The place is very much the same, fairly classy. After you pass the coat check and pay (£10), you come into a largish bar area - though you need to watch for a couple of steps up to the actual bar. To the left is a stage and pole with some small tables around it. There are two areas downstairs for lapdances and a large VIP area upstairs. Sunday evening is always quiet - indeed most strip clubs do not open at all. On this occasion Medusa had 4 girls on shift, 2 Roumanian, 1 from Malaysia and 1 unknown (at least to me). No one was using the stage. I had a lapdance with one girl and 30 minutes VIP with another. YMMV but Medusa, like most Birmingham clubs, is more touchy (sometimes even both ways) than in most other British cities.
