Going in the morning is best because there are no fees to get in. I went more in the day time and it was pretty sweet. Not to much pressure when you get in since its still early. It starts picking up around 7.00 pm. Best idea is to get drinks from the bar so you won't be harassed for a tip (everyone in the place expects to be tipped for every little thing). Very friendly environment. I haven't tried the private room because no strip club ever has "private" rooms. The price for the rooms are about 180 for ten minutes (you can get 9 lap dances that equate to about 36 minutes). The club is small, when you walk in there's a bar and a back room where the strippers are. The girls here seems to make the most money doing lap dances so if you're getting dances bring about 300 bucks if you're here to watch the show you'll be fine with about 50 singles.
