Still a low-key "neighborhood" bikini bar. Occasionally one can find a diamond in the rough, but for the most part Clancy's is just a place to stop for a beer, check out the SoAm dancers for a while - and perhaps get a little bit of mutual grope barside. Dollar parade is minimal, it's just a comfortable place to hang out for a while.

Two other things - dollar parade is minimal, and the place is very smokey.
