I have been somewhat of a regular here. Not weekly or anything, but on a regular basis.

This place, IMO, has gone downhill. It appears that the awesome Nikki from the day shift is no longer working there. That's a huge loss.

In addiiton, I have never ever seen a place mismanage the shift change/early evening time as bad as this place.
