On a business trip to the Motor City and it's been a long time since I've been there. After researching the tuscl.net figured out that the eight mile road clubs were probably going to provide the best representative sample. Decided upon Coliseum. After getting there and letting the valet drive away in my rental, paid the cover and took a prime spot by the bar with a view of the middle of the center stage. The ladies were out in force. There was some kind of bizarre line up for a patron that was having a bachelor party with the girls all taking a shot of the prospective groom's posterior with a belt. Don't know if that was a regular but it didn't look like the guy was enjoying it all that much. Ordered a beer and over the next 30 minutes or was approached by a number of the dancers with the usual lines. Finally got into a conversation with a girl who actually demonstrated a degree of intelligence and wasn't necessarily focused on making a quick turn dance. Settled on a trip to a VIP room. No sure if the room activity was being monitored but had a nice unrushed session supported by my good friends Ben Franklin and Andrew Jackson. Like I said the girl could actually converse but seem a little shy/embarrassed by the events that transpired. From that point I had a couple more beers and just watched the action in the club. Overall the lineup was quite good and the 8 might have been higher. There were a few 10's but there were some 5's as well. It I make another trip to Detroit I'll be going to another club. Not that I was disappointed but I would like a comparison. I'd recommend this club for anyone.
