I had forgotten about Mardi Gras....

I had forgotten about Mardi Gras. I had been there years ago with a co-worker but never since. Then my buddy called last week to set up a trip to a club. He suggested we mix it up a bit so we went Mardi Gras. I have to say, I was impressed. I don't know what my expectations were ( the previous trip was too long ago and I was too drunk ) but I was pleasantly supried.

The place was great. Nicely appointed, plenty of room and places to sit. The only weird thing was the placement of the bathroom, but that's a small quibble.

We were there a bit early so we had our choice of spots. The girls were friendly without being pushy or giving the hard sell. The first one that came over chatted for a bit before pitching a dance, we were not exactly settled in yet and told her to come by later. She said "no problem" and left, stopping by later when we were more into things. She gave a great dance, really seemed into what she was doing. She chatted some more and moved on, checking back in later. Really casual, which both of us like.
