The first time I went a few years ago, girls were friendly & beautiful but watched & restricted from going too far. More recently things have loosened up somewhat but there are no especially private VIP rooms in the VIP area, although when things are slowish (more common these days in general, which makes the dancers more eager - a good thing) there are reasonably private areas. Girls are highish quality & run the gamut from good to extremely good. Bit of an odd layout, but it mostly works. Being downtown gives it a certain vibe as well - but not in the slick sense. They've fixed it up many times over the tears but always retains a certain grubbiness (less so in the VIP areas) - but not objectionable.
