My last few visits have not been as fruitful as I've been accustomed to over the years at this club. All clubs go through dancer turnover, that's to be expected. But in the last few months I haven't really found any good, dependable new talent that is stepping up to fill in as past dancers have. More and more of the girls are quoting inflated VIP prices--this is the first Follies review I think I've ever done where I didn't put the "Monetary Value Rating" at a 10. It used to be that $52 (or $42) for the room and $100 to the dancer was the going rate, and that would get you the dancer's A game in the VIP. Now that price seems to be the exception, and even when it is quoted you find out that it won't get you the dancer's A game. Floor dances remain as good as ever though. I don't want to sound like a complainer because I still think this club is the best thing going for Atlanta daytime action. It's just not quite as good as it used to be. But hopefully this is just a temporary downswing and things will get back up to it's previous high standards soon. I will certainly keep going there. Word to the wise: DON'T LEAVE YOUR CELLPHONE UNATTENDED, EVEN IF IT IS WITHIN ARM'S REACH. I had mine stolen there last year even though it was resting less than a foot from me. Since that time I've noticed several DJ announcements about cell phones being "lost" and asking them to be returned "no questions asked."
