Rick's Ft. Worth, 7101 Calmont

I've been to the Rick's at DFW Airport about 3 or 4 times in the last three years, but this was the first time I'd ever visited the Ft. Worth club. This club is off an access road, just south of I-30 on the opposite side of the freeway from Ridgmar Mall, in west Ft. Worth. The club is in a building that is built to look like a mining shack, and if memory serves it was a restaurant back in the 1980s called the “Ore House.” [Insert your own joke here.] You could valet park or self park, and I chose to self-park. Cover was $7.00.

I went there on a Saturday Night, and the club was very crowded and busy; there must have been at least 30 dancers on shift. There were many waitresses, as well, and most of them were easily good-looking enough to be dancers, if they so desired. There is a main stage and two satellite stages. My waitress seated me near the main stage, so I got an eyeful of the dancers.
