Hadn't been to the Sands in a very long time (about 10 yrs) and I remembered it as a seedy place with average girls, but good mileage. Well, it is still a seedy place, after a renovation, but that is all that is the same (girls are now below avg so didn't test the waters). To be fair, I went mid-week, evening. Perhaps it picks up on the weekends. But, if you are in Seattle, go to Rick's and skip the others.
