So I have been going to Roxy's for a long, long time, and there was a time when the place was really hopping all the time, no matter what time of the day or night it was, especially when it was after midnight. I especially appreciated how it used to be a late night stop for couples or even single girls who would be a bit tipsy and decide they would get up on stage with the girls and see how far they could go....

Unfortunately that seems to be a thing of the past at Roxy's. The last two times I went there, it was late at night and the place was deserted. The girls were not as good looking, and to make up for the lack of quality, there was much less lighting as well. Add to that some really, really annoying choices in urban music, and it was not nearly as pleasant an experience as my past visits from an aesthetic perspective. In addition, there was a guy in the parking lot that insisted he was there to watch over the vehicles and charged ten bucks for the service but there was no evidence he was doing any such thing, and when I left, he was nowhere to be found. There was also some premium you paid to go back in the lap dance room, that I didn't quite understand, but whatever.

On the other hand.....

The girls have gotten....what is the euphemism? Very friendly?

On the tables they let you touch all you want and even grab your hands and show you how free you can be if you don't get the idea, and in the lap dance room you can ask for just about any service you are willing to pay for. Very friendly, and fun, though I have to say, while there were a few girls there that were pretty attractive, especially when they were naked, there were a lot of them that were really pretty rough and you had to wonder what they were doing there. The little Asian girl I had do a lap dance for me made me happy for an extra fee, and the AA girl I went to the lap dance room with had a very tight body that she let me explore all over, and she even got wet for me. So, if you can put up with the dreadful aesthetics and dodge the rough trade, you might have some memorable moments at Roxy's.
