I've stopped in to Dollies a...

I've stopped in to Dollies a couple times recently. One was a Sunday evening and then again the following Wednesday. Both nights were about the same.......less than 6 dancers each night and most dancers were AA (in fact on Sunday night they all were). I don't have any problem with that.....but would like to see a little variety.

Both evenings the "crowd" was fairly sparse. You can sit at the bar and visit with Terri or wander stage side to visit the girls. The club recently has lacked the "vibe" of fun times. Seldom extended the Washington Park handshake. Somewhat mechanical of late.....you get a drink or two, pick your girlfriend, and enjoy. Maybe I'm just getting old.....but not a whole lot of conversation, tease, or entertainment.

The other local watering holes were also experiencing slow nights based on the look of the parking lots.....so maybe just a lull in the fall business.
