I was in the area after a meeting and wanted to wait out traffic before heading home so what better place to go but Monarch's. It was a slow early evening with 1 other PL and 5 dancers. There is a light drink hustle but not as bad as other clubs so it wasn't too bad in that regard. The dancers pretty much hid in back since it was empty and there were long stretches with noone on stage. Finally a blonde I would rate a 5 came out and sat down and we talked for a bit. The DJ called a special and I decided to take her back for a dance since noone else was around. I was disappointed in the dance so I did not take her up on her VHM VIP offer. I didn't see anyone else worthy of a dance so I left and decided to face traffic instead. I will go back but later in the evening.
