Have been to Scarlett's on a Saturday but this is the first time visited on a Sunday. It was definitely lacking the energy. A lot of the girls seemed bored. Opted for the $35 two dance special that occurs every hour. Dancer took me to back room. When dance was over she said it was $40. I told her that it is usually $35 but she told me that she took me to a special room. It was not worth the trouble of the discussion since I usually tip $5, but it always leaves a bad feeling when someone is not on the up and up.
