Finally found some time to visit...
Finally found some time to visit Vixens again and I feel like it's starting to take a turn for the worse. Still probably one of the better options near Northern Virginia, but I feel like next time I'll be checking out Taboo. On this visit I noticed that they had implemented their no-smoking policy (some of the entertainers that stopped by were noticeably more fidgety) - this may have been why a lot of them hid out in the changing room instead of relaxing and having a cigarette on the back bar-rail. The kitchen is still closed and if you're hungry you'll have to settle for microwaveable fare. I'm not sure if they don't like outside vendors, but they also had 'misplaced' the delivery menus they used to store behind the bar. The altogether vibe was not as relaxing as previous visits. There were only two slight improvements: 1) they added strobe lights in the private room to tell you when time's up; this is a lot better than the doorman pounding on the wall and yelling "time's up!" and 2) the previous DJ went back to the trucking business and the new guy plays a lot of 80's music. Overall the dancers were the same faces, except as stated, most of them were not out on the floor and only left the backroom when they were called to the stage.
