Last year Mario’s was one of my favorite strip clubs- full of young fun hot ladies. But since the beginning of this year all of its best talent has slowly disappeared- at least on the Friday and Saturday nights when I visited. Some of the beauties that have gone MIA include- April, Brandy, Daisy, Lexi, Layla, Nina, Roxy (spotted at Electric Blue in CT along with Danielle) and the infamous Jenny. Unfortunately no new talent has replaced these favorites. While I wouldn’t describe the ladies that are still here as ugly, they’re not anything to go out of the way for either. Whats left is mostly in the 4 to 6 range, with a couple of 7's. Other then the nose-dive in talent, the other big recent change is that lap dances are now down to a relative bargain price of $20 each. As others reviewers have noted, the lights are now brighter in the lap dance room. But thankfully this hasn’t diminished my lap dance experiences… at least not yet! Over the years I’ve seen the level of talent at Mario’s go through a few bust-boom cycles. So I’m holding out some hope that with more competitive dance prices Mario’s will attract some new hot talent who think they can make $$$ because selling dances won’t be as difficult at $20 each vs. $30 each. Time will tell if things work out. However until then, Mario’s has become just another place for a quick stop to have a beer. Nothing special.
