This was a very rare Sunday...

This was a very rare Sunday visit to Follies for me. I normally go during the week and try to avoid Friday's. Arrived about 1:30 and the all seats along the walls were already full. Not sure why they have a cover charge for day shift on weekends, but they do, and it doesn't seem to deter anyone. By 2:30, it was standing room only!

The visit this particular day was decent but not incredible. I read an earlier review from Shadowcat lamenting the recent scarcity of white spinners. I have to agree. As is usually the case, dancers approach immediately once your butt hits the chair. I turned down 6-7 "want company, want a dance, want to buy me a drink?" offers in the first 15 minutes. I kind of hate it because I think sometimes some of the cute, more shy girls might incorrectly think that I don't/won't want dances. For that reason, I keep it friendly and upbeat as I decline, asking some of the better looking girls if they will check back since I'm just getting there. I also make a point to tip a girl I'm interested in when she's onstage. $5 or $10 always does the trick. I also will wander around and ask if a girl I'm interested in isn't with another guy. ( have to confess, I've made eye contact and signaled with my head before if one I'm really interest in is tied up. Works best if she is facing the guy, he usually has no idea I'm poaching his good time!)

Anyways, back to the point, not seeing any cute spinners available, I began seeking a height to weight dancer with a pretty face. Found one in Ryan...sp? She was very pretty with an interesting hair cut. I didn't realize it until she was nude, but she had major stretch marks in her tummy area. I'm sure she was self conscious based on the positions she tended to favor. She did a nice job with her hands though. Don't know that I would highly recommend her, but she was a pretty girl with a nice attitude.
