I was recently in St. Louis...

I was recently in St. Louis for business and decided to check out the clubs across the river in IL. After some searching it seemed the Brooklyn area would be good to start since there are several clubs next to each other. I actually went to Roxy's first but it was pretty slow so went over to Pink Slip since I read about the infamous ameteur night. When you walk in there is a main room with a bar and stage where most of the action occurs. There is also a back room that has more of lounge feel with couches and another bar. Overall a decent hood club but the real question is how are the strippers. It seemed on this night several strippers who work there came as regular customers so I wasn't too impressed with who was actually giving dances. The stage show was good with about 10 ameteurs shaking their chocolate booty in pairs as the crowd picks the winner. I would definitely check it out again when in town but didn't feel this night was the best representation of what can be found here.
