I attended the Thursday Grand Re-Opening...

I attended the Thursday Grand Re-Opening night. It was the firs night of the 5 night event. There was no cover charge due to the event. The previous review covered the major description of the club remodel but I will add my 2cents. The Bar area was greatly expanded and all tables on the floor were removed, which is really stupid since there is lots of dead floor space and could accommodate more people or others who didn't want to sit at the bar. I was told that they would not be back. It also made no sense to have a shot girl walking around the bar selling jello shots and stuff. In talking to one of the bartenders I know, I was told that in the next year a second story is also in the plans to be added.

The drink prices have been Jacked Up. A Bud LIte now was $6.50 instead of $5.25. Im sure everything across the board had increased. The food menu was nice but also significantly more with one entree at almost $30.

The bartender told me they were trying to be more like Scores or a High End Chain club. I reminded her that

the club is located in Curtis Bay. lol and that the local unemployed, redneck, druggie was not going to be able to afford the steep price increases. NOt to mention that the neighborhood is very sketchy. She replied that they hope they cant. I laughed because I think they are positioning themselves to be out of business.
