Interesting night at Brads. I chose it based on the pretty good reviews here but I can't say the experience was all that great. Our evening started out at around 10PM on a Friday night, the place started about 2/3 full about the time I got there. The evening shift was finishing and the late night shift would take the floor in about an hour. I showed up with cash in hand and ready to spend, ultimately what I got was a bit annoyed after about 2 hours. By the end of my evening (12:15AM), the house was almost at capacity, but there were very few performers around. Twice on the evening they did a "all call" to the stage to get girls out of whatever nooks and crannies they were hiding in. The second time, and I've never seen this before, the emcee publically chastized 30 entertainers for not being around, threatening to close the smoking patio where a handful were hanging out.

Largely, this place suffers from a few different deficits. First, the flow of the floor is not conducive to hanging out and waiting for the girls to come to you. If you prefer this type of service, sit in front of the DJ/which is also near the door from the dressing room. Second, the girls here largely favor their regulars. On multiple occasions I'd see them camping out at a regular's table and just chatting/flirting for 30-45 mins. Not so great for out of towners. Third, the selection isn't all that great. There were two or three out of 30 that would have been fine, but they never found me, and I'm not about to run around a club chasing. Fourth, the private rooms stay busy for a long time. If you want back there and don't want to be crammed up on some other couple, plan a course of action. Scout out your girl and the timing. An enjoyable evening at the club shouldnt be this much effort, though.

One positive, the establishment seemed to be pretty lax on handsy-ness, so at least you don't have to worry about some dude in a black shirt rolling up every 30 seconds to put a kill on the fun.
