This place is located where the old Ricks used to be. Strange part of town that is between the middle of nowhere and a school. Unlike the other clubs around this area, phantasy is not byob and is going after a more upscale client.

The interior is very nice and clean. Easy to navigate and not filled with smoke. There's a dress code, but it's not like a coat and tie sort of thing.

Ladies on staff are a kinda hit or miss if you show up too early, but as the night shift comes in things really perk up. VIP is really pricey here, I stuck around the main floor and still enjoyed some great company. This place is fairly new, not sure what kind of treatment you get at VIP, I'd wait for more reports before dropping 300+.
