This club should close their doors. I love going to new places and exploring new talent. I walked into this place with a friend and the Door girl was very short and rude with us. We went in and took a seat. We waited 20 for a waitress to come and take our drink order, which never happened. There was a waitress on stage dancing, one at the bar chatting with the bartender & one in the lap of a customer at the bar. After watching for some time I noticed that there was only 6-7 dancers working. My friend and I went to the bar to have seat. The manager came over to take our order, I asked for the manager & he informed me he was it. I asked about the waitresses & he gave me the excuse about the waitress on stage who fell off because she was inebriated. I asked if this was how business was going to be done. He could only apologize but gave no answer for the unprofessionalism I was witnessing. Later we were finally approached by a dancer who said "Are you ready to spend some money? " & then complimented me on my shoes. At that time the answer was a definite No. I felt like I was in a foreign country & I didn't speak the language.

I have managed a bar or 2 in my life & if this was my staff they would all be "Fired"!!!

This is a "Customer Service Business" learn what it is and implement it.
