Stopped by the Maid last Saturday...

Stopped by the Maid last Saturday late in the afternoon. Looks like the talent level is dropping off from what it was at times. There were a total of 6 dancers, 3 of which shouldn't and the rest were borderline. The layout is nicer than the old bar for those who haven't been there. The bar is larger and still a horseshoe style, the the stage being off to the side with high top and regular tables all around.

They still have the $5 two for ones on drinks which is pretty reasonable, but beer is slightly pricey at $4-4.50 at a time most other clubs have specials going on in the day at $3 or so. Waitress is friendly and attentive. The bar has the neighborhood feel to it, and although it is run by bikers, I've never seen any problems there.

Although I didn't participate, the back room is $35 to the bar for 30 min and the lady of your choice expects $80-100 it seems, although a couple seemed willing to bargain. The dances in the main area are $10 and are full friction with subtle touching allowed...all standard disclosures apply, of course.
