As mentioned by others, this isn't the traditional strip club 'format' that many will be familiar with in other countries, such as the US. It is a similar set-up to Theatre Chochotte, but the overall atmosphere is very different. See my review for more specific details of TC if you're interested.
Both have a very high entry fee (60 euros here), which provides access to the show for as long as you want. There is no need to pay more as the main show is the focus, and private dances (while they do exist), are not really the big selling point. There are similar number of girls rotating throughout a shift (about 4), with two shifts per day. The girls are probably of a similar quality: not stunningly beautiful, but generally slim and toned at the very least. Go for the show and experience rather than expecting to stare at a goddess standing around all day.
It is in the show itself (and the decor) that the two clubs vary. While chocotte has more of an arty vibe, Show Girls is more brash, with the dances being a little more athletic, and perhaps a little more explicit, with a bit less of the playful creative focus. Similarly Show Girls has more rows of church pew style seats all facing the traditional raised stage at the front, compared to the wrap around lowered 'den' at TC. It is still fairy intimate though, without a big capacity, and it certainly doesn't stop the dancers from getting around to everyone in the crowd. In fact, there is usually more emphasis on individual interaction with each member of the audience at show girls than there is at TC.
