This is a place that has flown under the radar for many years since it only has dancers on Thursdays (from 5PM to 1AM) and is a live music club the rest of the week. There is not much of a stage and no pole, so seeing dancers perform is kind of hit and miss. Most of them just walk around and offer good contact lap dances in the bar (5 bucks minimum) and will sit and drink whether you buy or not. There is no upsell on dancer drinks. The owner does not invest much in the place and it is a bit ragged around the edges, but the bartenders are very nice and drink prices quite reasonable. There used to be a small cover charge and in the old days, they actually paid the regular dancers an hourly wage for their 3 hour shifts. Those days are over. Instead, we have a VIP section consisting of bench separated by curtains with a black light (only about 3 spots and can get crowded on good nights). Dances are 20 per song and you can win points with the girls by kicking in the extra 5 they pay to the house. The VIP area doubles as a storage closet on other nights. The champagne room is 100 bucks but I have never used it. A bouncer pops in occasionally, but there are no cameras. The DJ generally plays full length songs(though many of them are the usual hip hop crap)so the right song can yield a long dance. YMMV depending on the dancer. Most of the old regular dancers are long gone (one of the few remaining is certifiably insane and babbles incoherently to customers and staff alike), and have been replaced by girls from Akron who range from 4-7 in looks. However, they rank much higher in their willingness to provide quality dances in VIP. Sometimes there are only one or two girls, other times they outnumber the customers. On a recent visit, I walked in at about 10 and passed one of my favs on the way out. She came back just to give me a couple of dances in VIP. Not big mileage, but nice contact and well worth paying the extra nickel. She was out of there 5 minutes after we finished. I hung around an extra half hour with nothing happening (the cable was out, so no TV) to get a dance from the last dancer standing (a red headed 6) and it did not go as well as it could have. She had a short time before she had to leave, upsold me a bit once we got into the VIP, and I ended up shelling out a bit too much for too little action. I could have done better had I followed the rule to negotiate price and expectations before going into the VIP room, not after I got in there (a rookie mistake!). Not sure who put this place on TUSCL after all this time, but I guess it won't hurt to get some new customers coming in. If you hit it on a good night, you can have some pretty frisky fun. If its dead, Akron is 20 minutes north, while Christies and the Diamond Royale are about 5 minutes to the south at the next interstate exit. I have been a regular here for many years and have had some of my best and worst dancer experiences over that time. I keep going back because the good ones were so damned good!
