I visited PP around 4:00 pm...

I visited PP around 4:00 pm for the first time since they made their renovations. PP forever has been a place that was very hit or miss, but for the amount of customers there during week days they usually had enough girls (usually around 10-12 total) that one or two would be in the 7-8 range (with the rest in the 3-5 range). Before the renovations, all of the girls used to either sit out by the bar or in the middle seating area, so within 10 minutes of sitting down you could usually scout out all available talent and make a decision whether there was anyone worth sticking around for. Since the renovation it seems the talent pool has completely dried out. When I visited there were only 5 girls total (each dancing 3 full songs, usually with a 1-2 song break in between girls) and all of the girls were fat and ugly (all were in the 2-4 range). In was pathetic. The new layout, while nice no longer really lends itself to finding a dimly lit corner just to hang out without being bothered. Now the layout is much more open, with only a small round stage in the middle of the room). For some reason PP's lighting seems very bright for a strip club. Whereas most strip clubs (including the old PP) are pretty dimly lit, after the renovations the lighting in PP was bright enough that you could easily the entire facility pretty easily. For the hour that I was there I only noticed 5 girls total none of which were appealing.

In short, the renovations made look really nice. Their TVs got full upgrades, the bar is nice and even the stage if nice. It seems like PP was trying to class it up. Unfortunately, no matter how nice the decor looks, with so few girls and the ones there in the 2-5 range, I wouldn't recommend going to PP.
