I was in the neighborhood of...

I was in the neighborhood of this club one afternoon a couple of weeks ago, so I stopped in to check it out. The club has a very nice layout, with a big center stage, and a couple of other smaller stages. I sat down at a table behind the rail, in the first row of the raised seating area above the main stage floor area. The smaller stages were to my right and behind me, and the VIP area appeared to be behind that. A waitress was at my side immediately as I sat down, and brought my drink promptly. Unfortunately, that was the last attention I got for the next half hour. Although I was sitting next to a major traffic path, not one dancer asked me if I wanted a dance. I was clean and dressed OK, so I thought this was odd. I wasn't feeling very agressive, so I just decided to wait and see, and I didn't get asked once in the next half hour. I know the customer has to take some initiative, but some days I just want them to come to me. I saw a number of very attractive ladies that I would have bought dances from, if they had asked. Perfect 10 is a nice club, has some pretty ladies, and probably really fills up at night, but on this day, the attention to customers (from the dancers) was sorely lacking.
