Millstream is a decent sized club, with a DJ booth near the entrance, a side stage and raised seating area on the same short wall leading to restrooms, and then a long snaking bar on one long wall facing a dog leg stage with a "carousel" type circular stage jutting out onto the floor. The back wall is a champagne room.

The vibe is festive. Guys are having a good time and are active. There are couples present and into it. There was a free buffet with decent food.

Dancers were attractive, friendly, low-hassle but just a notch below top clubs.
