As we all know by now...

As we all know by now this place has gone hill in the past few years. However, Lace carries a good name IMHO and in NJ a good place is hard to come by if you're looking for at least a semi-upscale experience.

I stopped in after midnight, paid a $10 for cover that includes 1 drink and took a seat at the bar. There were the typical regulars around the bar sitting with their dancers and 2 on stage. I grabbed a beer, had a drunk stripper try to make me go for a dance and got up to sit down by the 2 stages down past the bar with seats around them.

There were a few young eastern european girls on visas so it made things more interesting than the usual local girls. All in all i'll try it again soon and see if this experience was a fluke.
