So this was my second time...

So this was my second time at an Onyx, first one was in Atlanta. I was really excited due to the fact I LOVED Onyx in Atlanta, anyway my friends and I went and it wasn't at all what I expected. After standing in like for about 10 minutes or so we finally went in. As soon as I got in I thought it was nice, but honestly I expected nothing less than nice considering that it was Onyx. I loved the music and there was a girl on stage working the hell out of the pole. My friends and I grabbed a seat and were immediately told to move. Now mind you there were only 3 of us and we're all females, with small frames and club dresses, and the bouncer was so rude about it.

We ended up moving, one of the dancers, La La, came over and wad talking to me about my tattoos. I instantly fell in love with her and by then my alcohol wad wearing off so I decided to fry and get a few shots. I went to the bar and seen the bartender (on the side I was on) txtn. Now I used to bartend so I DESPISE that annoying, ignorant, loud bar guest, so I waited. After about 15 minutes she looked at me and asked "what's up." I asked her if I could get 5 shots and she told me "we not serving no more." I was pissed, first off I'm NOT sure why your open if your not serving alcohol &it was only 2.

Well enough of the bad let's get to the good! Everyone has been to a strip club and seen those girls and thought "ummmmm why is she dancing" but I just chalk it up to different strokes for different folks. Now the dancers were good, I love to see great pole tricks!!! There were 4 girls on the pole that made my night & killed my account but I wouldn't trade it.

About the decor, I like how the bar wrapped around even if I didn't get a chance to experience the drinks lol. The girls were nice looking (and my standards are high) I didn't smell when I left, you know some places have that either grease smell from food, ashtray smell from whatever they let you smoke, dancer body spray smell etc. It actually smelled good.

Now it's nothing like Atlanta, but in my opinion all strip clubs are different depending on the state. Onyx is cool but not all its cracked up to be. I would go again but I know what to expect.
