First visit to Pantheion (the club spells it like this). I had always had it on my list, but never made it there. Now that the club has new management, some things are different; like almost 100% Black dancers. I don't have any issues with this, as I like chocolate. However that will get you some different things and perspectives.

For one, the valet fee is $10! That's just not right, as I have gotten valet all over the US, and never have I seen double digits as the fee. Its really annoying as they are just moving my car 30 feet. Obviously this is the first indicator that if you enter, you better have some money.

Secondly, lots of sisters live in Detroit and want to dance, but don't have dancer cards. Since Dearborn clubs don't require them, there is always a ton of girls available. This weekday afternoon had 25 or more girls there! That's a lot of girls for how small the place is. I was actually a little uncomfortable when I came in to sit down. Not because of the clientele or staff, but because there were about 30 or so places to sit, but dancers were in 20 of them! And most were sizing me up as I walked around the perimeter to sit down.
