Another trip to Phoenix, and a stop at the Hi-Liter. I really like this place. Cozy, small not that super strip club like a Ricks or a Rhino--but usually pretty hot chicks. I arrived on a Wednesday--which is a slow night as one of the other clubs has Foxy Boxing and most of the girls are there. I sat down and noticed at least 3 chicks who fit my criteria (great body, ethnically ambiguous, slightly whorish tendency). I sat down with a 5"8 mixed chick who occupied all my time. Dances should be done on the floor for best value. although they have a VIP, the difference in cost doesnt out weigh the mileage at all. I enjoyed the music (mostly Hip-hop) and the drink specials ($3 you call it until 10) so it worked out. All in all, a simple clean night to feel on a great chick. Not a ton of mileage,but relaxing after a stressful day at work. I know that on other nights, this place gets moving at a much higher level--but you wont be disappointed on a Wednesday.
