This was my first time back at Chicas since they changed the "no pasties" law. That was a good surprise to see actually titties. The downside to this is they tore down the walls where you used to get more intimate lap dances. I was hesitant to get one as this place used to be the best bang for your buck strip club in my opinion. However, topless chicks sitting on my lap makes it hard to say no to a $20 lap dance. As I suspected, the dancers seemed a lot more cautious. I only got two dances from one girl. She did some rubbing outside the pants but when the walls were up, I got underneath action. Maybe it was just this girl or maybe they are just afraid of management. I suspect the latter.

I still think this is a very chill place and a good value, not great. There is a free buffet on weekdays from 11AM - 1PM and 6PM - 8PM with $1 drafts before 9PM. I actually really enjoyed the spread here. All in all still a good value. Just don't expect to get the special treatment while getting a lap dance. I saw a sign that they have $5 lap dances on weekdays during lunch hours. I guess it's still worth it for a $5 "dancer looking over her shoulder every 15 seconds" lap dance.
