As stated in my review on 2001 Odyssey, I was staying at the hotel across the street. Parking could have been better, but I found a spot at Joe's Pizza. Since it is also owned by Joe Redner, I doubt anyone will be towed out of this parking lot. While not really posh or upscale, the club does exactly what it was clearly designed to do: focus all the attention on the dancers. It is pretty small, but the party atmosphere more than makes up for this. It achieves this without being thuggish at all. I don't think they have a DJ but the music was alright. Like 2001 and other Tampa clubs, the dancers appeared to be mostly White. Unlike 2001 and other clubs, this club does not need alcohol as it was entertaining the whole time I was there. This is simply because the dancers are top notch. To me this means that every dancer I noticed was in the 8-10 range. This also means that every one of the dancers I noticed knew how to dance. I know a lot of people go to clubs to try to buy pussy, and I am not knocking anyone who does this. However, thus far I have been able to obtain quality pussy for free during my life in general, so the few times I go to the club I really just want to see hot naked women that know how to dance. To me the know how to dance part is rare even amongst strippers. Dances at this club are negotiable. I did try one dance just because the club had not disappointed me at all in the time I had been there. We will call her H. She was not shy about giving out her real name though. She had mobile payment on her phone, and the charge showed her full name. I bring this up only to point out that this a rare example of professionalism in a stripper. She knew what she was doing, was straight forward, did not try to count a half song as a full song, and did not cop an attitude even when she did not get what she wanted. For example I only bought one dance and did not add a tip to make up for the service charge she incurred for accepting credit card payment. There was also of course transparency if I needed to track her down for a bogus charge on the credit card. No need for that as the charge was exactly as advertised. Now for the dance aspect, I can't say I have never had better. But a few caveats need to be noted. First I tried a bunch of dances when I first started going to clubs, and I never really got into it because I don't get excited very easily. Even if I did get excited, to me that would be like stepping on the brakes and the gas at the same time, so it would not be anymore enjoyable overall for me. Also it was only one dance. She was in excellent shape, put out a good effort, and I couldn't reasonably have asked for more. For these reasons and since she was hot and knew how to dance she was not unreasonable in asking for the maximum $30 dance price. It stands to reason I will be on business in Tampa again at some point. At that time I might try another dance from her or someone else, because I am always into getting more experience before making a final decision. This professionalism extended to more than one dancer, as I rejected one really hot dancer who asked if I wanted a dance. I had literally just arrived, and it is the principle of the matter. I don't have many principles, and I do not violate them for anyone. She seemed more disappointed than anything and did not get mad. None of the dancers I encountered were obnoxious and the hustle factor was minimal. The highlight of this club though is clearly sitting around the stage to see the strippers dance. I recommend minimal beverage intake to avoid an unnecessary trip to the restroom causing you to lose your seat. The only way I can think of that someone could knock this club is that there is not really a way to avoid the cover charge. But with Joe not charging the dancers a fee to work there, and there only being lower margin non alcoholic beverage sales, how else is he going to make any real money? Even if you do buy beverages they are not outrageously priced like 2001. If I do end up going back, I hope this excellent visit was not a fluke. I think everyone should check this club out at some point.
