Haven't been to Follies for some...

Haven't been to Follies for some while now. A few months back I was a "regular" (once to twice weekly) but got kinda bored with the place. After a break, I decided to head back, to see if things has improved, deteriorated, or stayed the same. I arrived before valet applies or the entry charge kicks in, took a seat at one of the high chairs alone the far wall (between rest-room and larger VIP rom) and watched - and waited... Fair selection of ladies - the prowling, battle-hardened "want a dance" types, the low self-esteem/arrogant ones (sometimes hard to tell the difference) who passed by, and the one(s) who caught my eye, teased my cash out of my pocket, tried to talk me into VIP (which I declined) and, I regret to say, bored the ass off me and led me to leaving early, well, within an hour of getting there. So the conclusion I reached...same as it ever was! Sure, i could have stuck around, let the atmosphere overwhelm me, or started drinking (as that always tends to improve things) - but i decided against that...on this visit anyway. Must try and find a new place to go!
