Back in South Florida on a one-day business trip; arrived with enough time for lunch at the Booby Trap before my first meeting. It's a fine place for laid-back fun with the ladies.

The Booby Trap has been under construction for at least a year now. Inside, it's a big, open rectangle with two stages and "two and a half" bars; the bar furthest from the highway appears new and modern, while the old bar puts you up close to the second (smaller) stage. Lots of tables and a row of bench seating adjacent to the parking lot. The lap dance area appears temporary (the "ceiling" is draped fabric, and dancers on the second stage can look into the booths. There's also a VIP area, but I didn't check it out.

Pricing is on par with other Pompano clubs: $1 to park, no daytime cover, drinks at $6-10, table dances at $10/song, lap dances at $25/song. Lunch was free ($1 for fries instead of chips). I ordered a burger, which was excellent by strip club standards.
