I recently moved to Orange County...

I recently moved to Orange County and haven't been able to get a lot of free time to just kick back and relax so one Thursday at about 6 pm I decided to head to one of SoCal's famous strip clubs. I know all the really well-known ones are in LA but I wanted to get a feel for the local area before; did a little digging around and it seemed like Flamingo would be a nice place to try first. Not very expensive, drinks are a little overpriced in my opinion but that's definitely balanced out (and more!) by the $10 dances. And these dances aren't what you'd expect for just ten dollars, if you want mileage, then this is the place for you. However if you're more interested in a nice ambience and a spotlessly clean place, you probably won't like it. When I arrived the outside seemed nice enough and for the most part it wasn't too grimy like some clubs but the apholstery, especially the red, looked like it was pretty old and beat up. I'm not very picky about the club itself as long as the dancers are hot and give good mileage and the price isn't too high, both of which are definite checks. Music-wise I wasn't paying too much attention but the DJ wasn't too annoying or anything, and the overall atmosphere was nice. Not too busy when I first got there but it picked up as the night went on.

The girls weren't quite as hot as some other strip clubs I've been to, but there were some solid 8's and the floor dances they gave were crazy. They were nice enough too and not very pushy, especially since I was getting dances regularly and a few drinks. Overall, definitely a fun evening and I'm looking forward to coming back, but next time hopefully on a weekend night when it's a little busier and there are more dancers.
